Overview
Foundations to Success, LLC aims to create a safe, positive, and empowering space (online or in-person) through group counseling. The goal is to teach therapeutic approaches and activities to help individuals in a stress-free environment. Groups are scheduled, and one-on-one sessions are also available.

Anger Management (12-16 Week Plan)
Ages: All agesA comprehensive 12-16 week lesson plan on understanding anger and how to manage it. 1 Instructor can be designated for up to 15 individuals for groups, or 1 Instructor per family.

Character Development Curriculum
Ages: 14-24 years of ageThe character development curriculum is designed to help challenge and strengthen the core values of individuals. Through instruction and provided with exercises, strategies, and hands-on training, the curriculum focuses on six qualities.
- Moral Character — Passion, responsibility, cooperation, gratitude, respect, accountability and integrity
- Emotional Character — Self-awareness, self-management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger management, and mental health wellness
- Physical Character — Hygiene, self-discipline, exercising, stress management, health & wellness, nutrition and food preparation
- Culture Character — Education, occupation, ethnicity, ethics, religion, economics, and cultural influences
- Intellectual/Cognitive Character — Critical thinking, creative problem solving, intellectual integrity, applying knowledge for a better future
- Social Character — Leadership style, teamwork, social awareness, relationship skills and communication skills
