Crisis & Stabilization
Rapid response and short-term stabilization to help people through behavioral health crises.
Crisis Stabilization
Clinic-based stabilization for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. Vitals, psychiatric assessment, and short-term stabilization interventions to help prevent unnecessary hospitalization.
Who it may help: Adults and youth experiencing acute distress who need a safe, monitored setting to stabilize.
Mobile Crisis Response
On-site, real-time response for individuals in a mental health or behavioral crisis. Coordinated through 988 and Behavioral Health Link (BHL) — 24/7.
Who it may help: Individuals, families, schools, hospitals, and law enforcement during an active crisis.
Community Stabilization
Short-term, person-centered support for individuals stepping down from hospitals, jails, clinics, or residential treatment to safely reintegrate into the community.
Who it may help: People transitioning from a higher level of care who need structured support and care coordination.
Counseling & Clinical Services
Therapy, psychiatric care, and evaluations led by licensed clinicians.
Group Counseling
Anger management and character development groups in a safe, supportive setting — online or in person.
Who it may help: Adults, adolescents, and young adults working through anger, communication, or personal growth.
Psychotherapy
Talk therapy with a licensed clinician — including individual, family, couples, and trauma-focused approaches. In-office and telehealth.
Who it may help: Anyone age 6+ navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and more.
Psychiatric Evaluation
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation by a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner — including history, mental status assessment, and diagnostic formulation.
Who it may help: Individuals seeking clarity on a diagnosis or a foundation for ongoing treatment planning.
Medication Management
Structured psychiatric medication oversight by board-certified practitioners. Telemedicine appointments are available.
Who it may help: People who may benefit from psychiatric medication as part of their care plan.
Home-Based & Family Support
Support delivered where life happens — at home, school, and in the community.
Intensive In-Home Counseling
Home-based clinical services to prevent out-of-home placement and support reunification. 8–10 weekly hours, 24/7 crisis support.
Who it may help: Youth ages 5–18 (and their families) navigating significant behavioral, emotional, or relational challenges.
Mental Health Skill Building
Skill-building support for adults living with serious mental illness — including independent living, coping, and safety planning.
Who it may help: Adults 18+ working toward stability and independence in daily life.
Therapeutic Mentoring
Coaching and skill-building in communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, and community engagement.
Who it may help: Youth under 21 who benefit from structured mentoring and real-life skill practice.
Family Support Services
Care coordination, continuity of care, and family/individual coaching that connects people with the right resources and providers.
Who it may help: Individuals and families ages 5–65 who need help navigating systems and services.
Holistic Support
Mind-body offerings that complement clinical care.
Mindfulness Meditation
Guided mindfulness practice to support presence, calm, and emotional regulation — for individuals, families, and groups.
Who it may help: Children, teens, and adults looking for tools to slow down and reconnect.
Yoga (Foundational Level)
Foundational yoga focused on body awareness and balancing the body's energy centers.
Who it may help: Children, teens, and adults at any experience level.
Neurofeedback
Non-invasive brain training using real-time EEG feedback to support focus, sleep, mood, and cognition.
