The tuition fee for the training program is $XXX.

Payment must be made in full (or according to any instalment plan, if offered) before the course material access is granted
The fee includes:
Full access to all course modules and materials for the duration of the program.
Technical assistance and support (if offered).
Preparation support for QMHP/BHT registration (if applicable).
Certification or registration preparation assistance (if part of the program).
For individual enrolments: payment details and method will be provided at checkout.
For group enrolments (e.g. 5 or more participants): group discount or special pricing may apply — refer to group-enrolment instructions.
Any instalment payment plan must be agreed upon in advance; full adherence to instalment schedule is required.
If a student cancels before course access or materials are provided, they may request a full refund (minus any transaction/processing fees).
Once access has been granted — to course modules, materials, or registration prep — or once the program has started, no refund will be given for unused portions.
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or contact form) and will be reviewed within a period of 7 business days. Approved refunds (if any) will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
The course is delivered online, through self-paced modules (or as specified).
Students must provide valid and truthful information at the time of registration.
The provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if there is breach of conduct, plagiarism, or misuse of course materials.
All course materials — including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations — remain the intellectual property of the course provider.
Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal learning only.
Redistribution, resale, sharing or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited.
The provider reserves the right to revise course content, tuition fees, payment plan terms, refund policy, or other terms at any time.
Any changes will be published on the website and become effective 14 days after posting, for new enrollments. Existing enrolled students will be notified if changes affect them directly.
By enrolling in the course and proceeding with payment/registration, the student (or parent/guardian) confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all course terms and policies.
If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you must not proceed with enrollment/payment.
