Just as a firefighter’s purpose is to put out fires or aid the well-being of those within their community; we also find our purpose in functioning just as firefighters. We fight to put out fires that happen within the psyche, emotions, behavior and mental states of others. We help put these fires out by equipping our direct and in-direct personnel with daily training, supervision, instructions, continuous education and leadership skills so they can adequately aid individuals in the community.
