Foundations To Success recently participated in an Achievable Dreams family engagement event in Newport News, connecting directly with families and community members while sharing information about available services, resources, and support.

Community engagement is an important part of our work because access often begins with a conversation. By meeting families where they are, Foundations To Success can help strengthen awareness of behavioral health resources and pathways to support throughout Hampton Roads.

A community event focused on raising awareness, supporting survivors, and creating space for healing, education, and empowerment. This is an independent community event and is not presented as a Foundations To Success program or event.

RestoreMe Mental and Behavioral Health Services

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (SA IOP)

RestoreMe is bringing its Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program to the Hampton and Newport News area. This is a community resource operated by RestoreMe, not a Foundations To Success program.

Participant support

  • Build coping and life skills
  • Manage triggers and cravings
  • Improve relationships
  • Strengthen mental wellness
  • Remain engaged with work or school
  • Create a stable, healthy future
  • Access ongoing recovery support after IOP

  • Evidence-based care using the Matrix Model and proven practices

  • Evening access
  • Care coordination
  • Recovery support
  • Humana Healthy Horizons acceptance

Flexible Evening Groups

Track 1: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday — 5:00 PM–8:00 PM

Track 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday — 6:00 PM–9:00 PM

Groups are three hours and meet at least three days per week.
