The goal for Foundations to Success, LLC within group counseling is to provide an innocuous, positive, educational, stress free, and empowering safe space (via online or in person) to help break down and learn many different types of therapeutic approaches and other forms of activities that will help all kinds of individuals. Groups are typically scheduled, and you can contact the main office via email or phone for group dates. These groups can also be provided on a one-on-one basis as well.
A 12-16 week lesson plan on understanding anger and how to manage it:
Ages: all ages (groups are paired by gender and age appropriate)
1 Instructor can be designated for up to 15 individuals for groups

Character Development Curriculum
Ages: 14-24 years of age
1 Instructor can be designated for up to 15 individuals for groups
1 Instructor per family
The character development curriculum is designed to help challenge and strengthen the core values of individuals. Through instruction and provided with exercises, strategies, and hands on training, the character development curriculum focuses on six qualities:
Moral Character: Qualities that help us be our best self which include passion, responsibility, cooperation, gratitude, respect, accountability and integrity.
Emotional Character: Qualities that will demonstrate self-awareness, self-management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger management, and mental health wellness.
Physical Character: Qualities that help with hygiene, self-discipline, exercising, stress management, health & wellness, nutrition and food preparation
Culture Character: Qualities that challenge individuals to navigate their life with a more open minded perspective. Individuals will learn how education, occupation, ethnicity, ethics, religion, economics, and cultural influences impact their ecology.
Intellectual/Cognitive Character: Qualities that will challenge the mindset of individuals to become more critical thinkers and creative problem solvers. Individuals will be able to demonstrate intellectual integrity and apply knowledge to promote a better future.
Social Character: Qualities that will influence individuals to determine their leadership style, understand the dynamics of teamwork and teambuilding, social awareness, personal and professional relationship skills and communication skills.

Our goal is to provide systematic and empathetic approaches catered to every individual and their families needs; we train our clinicians and mental health workers to use critical thinking and troubleshooting strategies to help the needs of individuals. Through our programs we strive to revert individuals to a stable and resilient mental state.
